Solo damos servicio al estado de Massachusetts.

There is a fee for an on-site inspection, which we confirm with you when you book. After the inspection you'll get a clear plan and price for the work before anything starts. Repair estimates are free.

Yes. We focus on humane eviction and exclusion — one-way devices that let animals leave and not re-enter, live trapping and relocation where it's legal and appropriate, and sealing entry points so the problem doesn't return. As licensed Massachusetts PAC agents, we always work within state law and permit rules.

Our exclusion work comes with a satisfaction guarantee: we stand behind the products we install and the sealing we do. If animals get back in through an entry point we sealed, call us and we'll make it right.

We offer 24/7 emergency response. For emergencies — an animal loose inside your living space, for example — call 1-800-692-0406 any time. For everything else, book an inspection and we'll schedule the soonest opening that fits you.

We apply a granular, castor-oil-based repellent that makes the soil and the animals' food supply taste bad, so moles and voles leave your lawn on their own — nothing is killed. The initial program runs in stages over 30 days and costs $400 for up to 8,000 sq. ft. After that, maintenance applications are $150 per visit, every 2 months or every 3 months — your choice — and the service continues until you cancel.
